Mitten Christmas GC holder

I've started Christmas Cards and Gift Card holders. Here is the first of many to come. A very cute Mitten gift card holder. I found many different templates out there of a mitten and I finally had to come up with my own. So with a few adjustments I was able to come up with one that opens at the top and the gift card sits in a pocket on the inside so it doesn't slide all the way down.

Hi everyone! Today I bring you a file folder card using the envelope punch board! I have done a few of these and each time I do one I want to do just one more! I love the look of the file folders with the DSP from Sale a Bration and stamp set BYOP. The inside of the card slides out where you can attach a Gift card or write your sentiment on it.

I tried this tutorial out which you can click on under "tutorials" in the links above. Using the punch board it creates a file folder card that you can use as a simple card or adhere a Gift Card to the inside. I'm sure I'll do more. I love the look of this card and it fits a standard A2 envelope!

Hello! I'm loving this envelope punch board. Just when you think you can only use it for making envelopes, you run across tutorials that once you are done your first reaction is "ohhh" how cool is that.. Then you want to do a whole bunch more! 

This is one of my favorites. I've made 3 or 4 but this one has definitely made the top choice.

2 more draw string boxes

I worked on two more boxes this evening before finally shutting that craft light off and shutting the door.  I have been trying to make the most of my last late night up before going back to the horrible sounds of an alarm, after completing these two boxes I'm thinking that there needs to be more added.  To me it looks a little plain.  I might fiddle with them another time. These two were done within about 30 minutes.  Very easy to do.

Draw string Gift Box

Happy Saturday everyone!..This is my last weekend off before going back to work on Monday. I have accomplished most of everything and can honestly go back to work with the satisfaction of knowing a lot of my "projects" were completed. 2 weeks off was long enough for me!. I took some time out today and tried out the Draw string gift box that I posted yesterday. It was very easy. The only draw back I see is the closing and opening of the lid. It needs a little "push" shut..But other than that it's an adorable little box!

One of my favorite Demonstrators is Pootles in the UK. Her videos are so easy to follow. Here is one for a Secret closure gift box. It also holds 3x3 cards. What a great gift idea. I'm always looking for easy gifts to give out.

Another Fun Tutorial I was looking at doing, its the same as the Coffee Cup dimensions so it made it easy to just make. I added a bit more to the card to my liking (the popcorn over the edge) First thing I thought about was how my boys are at the movie theatre when it comes to popcorn, before they get into the theatre you can look behind them and see most the popcorn on the ground already lol..

I think the one thing I would change would be the Popcorn, instead of using the 4 petal flower the 5 petal flower would look better..In my opinion : )

 

 

 

 

Coffee cup gift card holder

 

I've seen these "Starbuck's" Cards out there where the inside holds a gift card, it was fairly easy to make. I think it should be a little slimmer on the sides, but by going slimmer, the inside that holds the gift card would be to small.

Still cute though..
