How to make flowers using SU punches

Here I used two Stampin Up punches to make flowers.

I used The Bird Punch and Blossom Flowers XL.
You Can follow the pictures and see how easy it really is to do.

Using your choice of CS, Punch out the top left pedal and the middle small one.

Using the Bird Punch, punch out two of the leaf stems

Now take the Large pedal that you punched out and stick it part way in as shown, try not to get the pedal into the one next to it, or you will cut out a notch on the side.

Take both pieces and put them together as shown (adhere with Mono adhesive) and snip of the bottom part of the pedal.

Take both stems and cut off
one of the stems as shown.

Adhere the stems, putting the
stem that was cut under the
second stem as shown.

Using your Mono adhesive attach the leaves to your flower and JOILA! you have your own flower!.

Easy envelope for candy cup cards

After making the Easter Bunny card, I realized that it just doesnt fit in a regular size envelope, my BF wants the card and I dont have any padded envelopes laying around, so I decided to make one using the envelope punch board. It fits perfectly inside!

This is the Top of the envelope card before being sealed.

Here is the side view of the envelope with a little "box ledge" so the candy cup sits inside without being crushed.

The Envelope Punch Board , Punches 66 different size envelopes, as you can see here you can also use it to make envelopes to fit items that are 3D. So they are not crushed in a regular envelope.

Pocket Cards Gift set

Pocket Cards Gift Set by Connie Collins

Pocket-style scrapbooking isn’t really a new thing, but it has gained popularity over the past few years. Essentially it is the same thing as color-blocking. A few of my friends and family members have embraced this method of scrapbooking, so I thought it would be fun to create a custom gift set using the Retro Fresh Suite (US/CA) by Stampin’ Up!

Here’s a pattern for the 8 -1/2" x 11" cardstock.

Here’s a pattern for the 6" x 12" cardstock.

You should end up with something that looks like this. I used the Chevron and the new Arrows Textured Impressions Embossing Folders to emboss some of the smaller cards.

Next, I went wild stamping and die cutting anything that was related to the theme. Some of the stamp sets I used included Peachy Keen, Starburst Sayings, and Just Sayin’.

I used Soft Suede Cardstock to make a box to put everything in.

I put the stamped and die cut images into Cellophane Bags; then I added coordinating Retro Fresh This and That Designer Washi Tape, Linen Thread, and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Finally I decorated the lid to give it the perfect finishing touch.

Here’s what it looked like when I was finished.

M&M Easter Bunny Card

Hello Everyone! Weekend time again, I was hard at work after a wonderful and what seemed like a very quick date night with DH. I started an Easter Bunny the other day and it changed into a larger Easter bunny and then made into a card. I just happened to have some Valentine M&M candies left over to fill her tummy!.

A few weekend Cards

This was a 3 day weekend for me, so my DH and I were very busy with things outside of the house now that the weather is starting to get a little warmer. I did have some time to sit down and bust out a few cards to add to my collection for the big open house and Stamp a stack classes that are coming soon.
I found the first card idea on Pinterest. The other two were cards that I happened to come across and made some changes and this is what I came out with.

Stamp Lamp...DIY

Here's something that I found on Split Coast Stampers .
Made by Michelle Zindorf
What a great idea for all those "don't know what to do with" stamps.

By Michelle Zindorf : The bottom of the lamp has a wing nut you unscrew and the lamp comes apart. I filled mine with some retired, yet beautiful, Stampin’ Up! stamps.

Valentine basket

Hello Friends!.A short post this morning, I wanted to show another Valentine Treat Basket made with the Two tags die cut. This Basket was very easy to make and easy to assemble. The only hard part would be deciding what kind of candy to put in it!
More crafts and cards to come.
